Store-bought boxes are always the wrong size — that's the entire reason the Box Maker exists. Measure the thing, type the numbers, pick a lid and a finish, and the box is printed to those exact millimetres.
A fitted lid keeps dust out and stacks; skip the lid for open desk trays you dip into constantly. On the outside, the fluted finish is our signature corduroy texture (the bottom band stays smooth so it prints and reads cleanly), ribbed is bolder, and smooth is the minimal option that disappears into a shelf.
Up to roughly 350mm per side in one piece on our large-format printers; bigger organisers are built as elegant multi-piece assemblies — ask via the quote form.
Yes — sensible wall thickness scales with box size, and PETG is available for heavy or flexing loads.
Yes — tell the studio the interior you need and it handles the wall maths, so the thing you measured actually fits.
Fitted lids locate on a lip and stay put in a drawer or on a shelf. For boxes that travel, ask for the twist-lock or magnet options via a custom quote.
Engraved labels on lids or fronts are available — mention it in the order notes and we'll set it flush into the surface.
