These terms govern the provision of 3D printing, 3D scanning, custom design, and prototyping services offered by Sabai Movements S.L. under the Formada3D brand.
All prices shown include VAT (21%) unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue.
Delivery times depend on the complexity of the project and will be communicated in the quote. Typical lead times are:
We ship throughout Spain and the European Union. Shipping costs will be specified in the quote. Collection in Mallorca is available at no additional cost.
In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (as is the case with custom 3D prints).
For non-personalised products, the withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
All products are covered by a manufacturing warranty. If a product has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced or refunded at no cost.
Designs provided by the customer remain their property and responsibility. Formada3D is not liable for any intellectual or industrial property infringements related to designs supplied by customers.
