Three questions. At the end you get one recommendation and the reason for it — the same logic we walk people through over email, minus the wait.
Short answer: it comes down to what your paint is in. Citadel pots are 32 mm and sit in a pot rack — ours holds 44 pots (A$59.99), or 77 with the riser gallery (A$74.99). Dropper bottles (Vallejo, Army Painter, AK) need a narrower cradle — 35 bottles (A$39.99), 60 (A$49.99), or 98 with the riser (A$64.99). If bench space is the constraint rather than paint count, the 57-bottle rotating carousel (A$59.99) puts everything in reach without spreading sideways. Every rack ships printed and assembled.

Citadel pots are the 32 mm screw-top type, so they need a rack cut for pots rather than for dropper bottles — a dropper cradle is too narrow to take them. Our 44 Pot Organizer holds 44 Citadel pots across four tiers with a magnetic drawer underneath, and the combo adds a riser gallery to take it to 77 pots.
Upright, label out, and tiered so the back rows stay readable. Storing pots upright keeps the pigment off the lid and stops the seal drying out, and a stepped rack means you can read every label without lifting the front row. Keep them off a sunny windowsill — heat is harder on acrylics than dust is.
The one cut for your bottle type. Mixing ranges is the usual catch: if you paint with both Citadel pots and Vallejo droppers, you want a pot rack and a dropper rack rather than one rack that half-fits both. The three-question finder above picks by bottle type first for exactly that reason.
Buy for the collection you will have, not the one you own now. Most people outgrow a 35-bottle rack within a year of starting a second army, which is why the riser gallery is a bolt-on rather than a separate purchase — it lifts 60 bottles to 98 without replacing the base rack.
