Magnetising bases one at a time is fiddly, and getting the polarity wrong is worse — half your models cling to the transport tray and the other half slide off.
This jig fixes both. Drop a base into the matching recess and the jig's own magnet holds yours centred while the glue sets. The engraved N mark means every magnet goes in the same way round, so the whole force is consistent.
Eight recesses cover the sizes you actually use — 25, 28.5, 32, 40 and 50 mm round, plus 60×35, 75×42 and 90×52 mm oval. One flat plate, no moving parts, sits in a drawer.
Two options: the jig on its own, or the jig with the 8 × Ø8 × 2 mm magnets it needs. If you already have magnets in that size, take the jig alone.
The STL is free. Grab it from our site if you would rather print your own.
⚠️ Magnet safety. This product contains or is used with small, strong magnets. Not a toy: keep away from children under 14. If a magnet ever comes loose, stop using the product and contact us. If a magnet is swallowed, seek medical help immediately.
Colour & finish. Each piece is printed to order, so slight colour or sheen differences can occur between filament batches. Fine layer lines are part of the 3D-printed finish. This doesn't affect strength or fit.
